Family Tree Apartments and Blue Goose Cooperative

Family Tree and Blue Goose is an affordable housing project consisting of 38 units in eight buildings in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood. The Blue Goose Cooperative is housed in two buildings at 1819 and 1825 South Fifth Street. Four of the Family Tree units are Single-Family houses designed to accommodate in-house daycare.  All units are Section 42 Properties. Seven Corners Apartments has been a part of the West Bank Community since 1984. Nestled between 35w and the University of Minnesota Law School. Seven Corners offers quality apartment homes to students and the working community. Amenities include an exercise facility, community room, tanning bed and a large laundry room.
